You will enjoy interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.
- Present the community and apartments to potential residents
- Work with community vendors
- Host community events that bring the residents together
- Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community’s marketing strategy
- Maintain community’s customer base with an effective resident retention program
- 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to connect with others easily
- Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
- Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. )
