ResponsibilitiesThe Client Service Coordinator is a new position that has been created to focus on the support of the Client Services Team. The Client Service Coordinator reports to the Client Services Manager.This position will work closely with internal team members across different departments to ensure accuracy and organization of the RFP process.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Manages the RFP master library, content, and org charts of the clients♠properties.
- Responsible for assisting with RFP build out and management.
- Planning of events such as quarterly TrendTalks.
- Collaborates internally with different departments such as Marketing & Procurement services to ensure updated sales collateral and display targeting.
- Work closely with the communications department around newsletter management, press releases, and client communications.
- Support senior leadership across the company for RFP build out.
- Ownership of the Client Services page on the intranet for buildout and management purposes.
Critical Skills & Qualifications
:
- Bachelors♠degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and experience with event planning preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including senior leadership.
- Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to executive leadership and peers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills and abilities; high integrity.
